Audio files of the future will not be restricted to just one playback possibility.
They will be fluid, intelligent, and capable of responding to external input, offering the creator endless new possibilities.
They won’t just play, they will perform.

Nicolas Becker

Entirely conceived in high-end Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI), The Owl in Daylight, 2020, is a new work in motion by Nicolas Becker and Philippe Parreno. In constant evolution, the work is composed of visual sequences and sounds, re-imagined and juxtaposed in real-time by Bronze.

Philippe Parreno

Philippe Parreno and Arca used Bronze to create a work which will occupy the lobby of MoMA in New York for two years. “Echo” involves sound, light and animated physical objects. The work responds to itself and its surroundings endlessly.

John Gerrard and Richie Hawtin

Irish artist John Gerrard collaborated with British-Canadian electronic musician Richie Hawtin to create the digital artwork infin-1-iridescent-stream. The artwork features a shifting serpent making the “infinity” symbol and takes a full year to watch. As the seasons change the visuals and music change as well, this is facilitated by Bronze which constantly regenerates Hawtin’s composition.

The piece showed at 3537 in Paris as part of a 3-month exhibition cycle.

Helsinki Biennaal

Bronze provided the immersive and ever-changing soundtrack for “ΨZone” by Finnish artist Tuomas A. Laitinen, a piece commissioned for Helsinki Biennaal.
